Nobody at Salvo has to. executeBurn() is permissionless: any wallet can call it, pay the gas, and move the committed dollars into the executed column. No admin function can move what is in the vault anywhere else.
Where it shows
The same lifetime figure ticks in the market tape on the home page. Every fee line that burns says so, in dollars, before you sign.
