Salvo is not offered to people located in or ordinarily resident in the following jurisdictions:

• The United States
• The United Kingdom
• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• The Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions

This is Salvo’s product availability policy, not a statement that every listed location is subject to comprehensive sanctions. In particular, OFAC ended its comprehensive Syria sanctions program in July 2025; Syria remains excluded under Salvo’s product policy.

Do not use Salvo if you are in one of these jurisdictions. Technical access to the website does not change this restriction.

The European Union is not blocked: passive access to a non-custodial launchpad from the EU is not treated the same as targeted marketing into it, and Salvo does not direct marketing at EU residents. This is a decision the team revisits if that ever changes.

Where location checks are enabled, they use your connection's country from the network. They do not verify residence or detect every VPN. You remain responsible for complying with the location restriction.
