Terms of service
Effective 11 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Salvo website, interface, APIs and related software provided by Salvo Labs. "Salvo" means the product and services. "Salvo Labs," "we" and "us" mean the project operating those services. The on-chain contracts are separate, public software on the Arc network. By accessing or using Salvo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Salvo.
What Salvo provides
Salvo is a non-custodial interface for launching and trading tokens. Every action that moves value is a transaction that you review, sign with your own wallet and submit to a public blockchain. Salvo Labs does not hold your private keys, control your wallet, take custody of your funds or sign transactions for you.
Salvo Labs is not a broker, dealer, exchange, bank, custodian or financial adviser. Salvo Labs does not review, approve or endorse tokens. Information shown in the interface, including market data, labels, rankings, wallet activity and risk data, is provided for information only. It is not financial, legal or tax advice and does not promise any outcome.
Eligibility and location
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You must not use Salvo if doing so would break a law or regulation that applies to you.
Salvo Labs does not offer Salvo in the locations listed in the geo notice. By using Salvo, you confirm that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in or acting on behalf of a person in a blocked location, and that you are not subject to applicable sanctions. You must not use a VPN or another method to evade a location restriction.
Your wallet and transactions
You are responsible for your wallet, keys, devices and every transaction you sign. Review the token, contract address, amount, fees and destination before signing. A submitted blockchain transaction may be irreversible. Salvo Labs cannot cancel it, reverse it, recover assets, restore a wallet or resolve a transaction sent to the wrong address.
Transactions may fail or cost more than expected because of network conditions, price movement, token mechanics or third-party services. Your wallet and the Arc network determine whether a transaction is submitted and confirmed. Salvo Labs does not control either one.
Tokens, fees and paid placement
Anyone may launch a token through Salvo. Tokens can lose all of their value. Creators and other users are independent from Salvo Labs, and their statements and actions are their own. A token's presence, activity, ranking, graduation, risk data or paid placement does not mean Salvo Labs has reviewed or endorsed it. Read the risk disclosure before using Salvo.
The interface shows the expected protocol fees and network charges before you sign. The transaction and the published contract code determine the actual amounts. Boosted positions are paid placements governed by on-chain rules. See the paid placement notice.
Launches and uploaded content
If you launch a token or upload a name, ticker, description, link or image, you are responsible for that content. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not violate law, intellectual property, privacy or another person's rights. You must not impersonate another person or project, mislead users about a token, or upload illegal or malicious material.
Token launches and trades are recorded on a public blockchain. Salvo Labs cannot erase or change those records, freeze a token, block a wallet or stop trading in an existing token. Salvo Labs may stop displaying unlawful or harmful off-chain content in the interface where technically possible, but that does not remove the token or its on-chain history.
Acceptable use
You must not use Salvo to:
- break the law, evade sanctions or facilitate fraud, theft, market manipulation or money laundering;
- interfere with the website, contracts, network or another user's access;
- introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or bypass access and rate limits;
- misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation or the origin of funds; or
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
Salvo Labs may restrict access to the website or APIs when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal requirements or service availability. This does not give Salvo Labs control over wallets, deployed tokens or confirmed blockchain transactions.
Third-party systems
Salvo depends on systems Salvo Labs does not control, including Arc, wallets, RPC providers, USDC, block explorers and decentralized exchange infrastructure. Their terms and risks may also apply to you. Salvo Labs is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or conduct of a third-party system.
Availability and changes
The website and interface are provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. The on-chain contracts may continue to operate even when the website is unavailable. Nothing in these terms promises uninterrupted access, complete data or error-free software.
Salvo Labs may update these terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The effective date at the top will change when the terms change. Continuing to use Salvo after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Salvo Labs disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of tokens, or loss caused by a wallet, token, smart contract, blockchain, third-party service or action you authorize. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for claims, costs and losses caused by your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of Salvo or content you submit, to the extent allowed by law.
Questions
Questions about these terms may be raised through an official Salvo Labs project account.
