Privacy policy
Effective 11 September 2026
This policy explains what information Salvo Labs collects, why it is used and the choices available to you when you use the Salvo website, interface and APIs. "Salvo" means the product and services. "Salvo Labs," "we" and "us" mean the project operating those services.
Salvo Labs does not require an account, name or off-chain identity to connect a wallet or trade. The service is non-custodial. Salvo Labs never receives your private keys or seed phrase and cannot sign a transaction for you.
Information Salvo Labs stores
Salvo Labs stores three categories of information:
- Previously submitted waitlist emails. If you joined the pre-launch waitlist, Salvo Labs received your email address and the time you joined. These records were used to administer the waitlist and send the notice you requested. The current interface does not offer a waitlist.
- Product analytics. Salvo Labs records page views and a small set of product events, such as starting a trade or launch, placing a Boosted bid and connecting a wallet. These events contain a bucketed page name, network environment and, where relevant, a public token contract address or buy/sell direction. They do not contain your wallet address, name or email.
- Uploaded images. When you upload an image for a token, Salvo Labs removes source metadata, converts the image to fixed WebP sizes and stores the output under a content-based identifier. The image is served publicly and may be associated with the token you launch.
Salvo Labs uses this information to provide the service, display token content, understand aggregate product use, prevent abuse and maintain reliability.
Information processed when you use Salvo
Some information is processed to deliver a request but is processed by Salvo or its providers in addition to those product data sets:
- Public blockchain data. Wallet addresses, token launches, trades, balances, graduations and fee claims are public on Arc. Salvo Labs stores indexed copies and displays this data. Blockchain records are not created by this policy and cannot be deleted or changed by Salvo Labs.
- Your connected wallet address. The interface reads your public address to show positions, activity and claimable amounts. Salvo Labs does not add the address to product analytics or create an off-chain user profile from it.
- Connection information. The hosting provider processes ordinary request information, including an IP address and country code, to deliver the site, apply rate limits, apply location checks where enabled and verify the human check used on image uploads.
- Error reports. Technical error details may be sent to Salvo Labs' error-reporting provider. Default collection of personal information is disabled. Wallet and contract addresses are shortened, and private keys, seed phrases, signatures and signed transaction data are removed before a report is sent.
Cookies and browser storage
Salvo Labs does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The interface may store limited settings in your browser, such as a dismissed notice, watchlist state or a referral address received from a link. This browser storage stays on your device unless a feature clearly submits it as part of a request or transaction. You can clear it through your browser settings.
Service providers
Salvo Labs uses infrastructure providers to host the website, store waitlist entries and images, verify human checks, record first-party analytics and receive scrubbed error reports. They process information only to provide those services and under their own security and retention controls. Salvo Labs does not sell personal information and does not share it for targeted advertising.
Retention
Waitlist emails are kept while the waitlist and requested launch communications are active, and afterward only as needed for operational or legal purposes. Product analytics and scrubbed error reports are kept for the periods configured with the relevant infrastructure provider. Public token images are kept while they are needed to display the token and maintain the integrity of its public record. Public blockchain records are permanent and outside Salvo Labs' control.
Your choices
You do not need to join the waitlist or upload an image to use the public parts of Salvo. You may disconnect your wallet at any time and clear Salvo's browser storage. You may ask to access, correct or delete a waitlist email or other personal information Salvo Labs controls by using an official Salvo Labs project account. Salvo Labs may need enough information to verify and complete the request. Rights and exceptions vary by location.
Salvo Labs cannot delete public blockchain data, reverse transactions or remove information held only by your wallet, browser or an independent third party.
Security
Salvo Labs limits the information it collects, uses same-origin product analytics, blocks third-party scripts in the browser and scrubs sensitive transaction material from error reports. No system is immune from failure, and you remain responsible for protecting your wallet and keys.
Changes and questions
This policy may change when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when it does. Questions or privacy requests may be sent through an official Salvo Labs project account.
