Team allocation and insiders

When a creator launches a token, they can declare up to 5 wallets, including their own, that buy in the same transaction the token launches with. These are the token's insiders, and their allocation is capped, disclosed and labelled forever.

The caps

  • Up to 5 declared wallets. The creator's own wallet counts as insider #1, inside the same cap.
  • Each insider wallet can buy at most 1% of the supply: 10,000,000 tokens.
  • All insiders together can hold at most 5%: 50,000,000 tokens.

The caps are enforced by the contract, not by policy.

The launch block

Insider purchases execute inside the launch transaction itself, funded by the creator's USDC. Because they happen in the same transaction that creates the token, no one can front-run them and no one outside the declared list gets in first.

Vesting

The creator and insiders can voluntarily lock their launch-block tokens for 7, 30 or 90 days in an escrow contract. The token page shows a lock badge and the unlock date. Vesting is voluntary, and irreversible once set.

Disclosure forever

Insider wallets are labelled on the token page permanently. Every later insider buy or sell is flagged as an insider alert: "Insider sale: 0x3f…a2 sold $1,240, 0.3% of supply." Bundle detection still runs on every wallet that was not declared, and undeclared wallets that trade like insiders get their own flag.
